The episode opens with Vikrant suffering a sudden panic attack while watching a stage play, as flashes from his forgotten past overwhelm him. Mannat rushes to his side, but he collapses, prompting Roni to rush him to the hospital. Dhairya immediately suspects Vishaka and Mallika’s involvement in the incident.
Mannat prevents Vishaka from accompanying Vikrant and instead sends Roni and Neetu with him. She then confronts Mallika, accusing her of staging the entire play to trigger Vikrant’s traumatic memories. Mallika denies the charges, but Mannat insists that she and Vishaka plotted together, using Vikrant’s pain for personal gain.
Vishaka defends herself, claiming she is Vikrant’s real mother and would never harm him. Mannat refuses to believe her and accuses her of being motivated by greed. She reminds Vishaka that Neetu’s love for Vikrant is genuine and selfless, unlike hers. Vishaka retaliates, accusing Neetu of giving Vikrant harmful medication, but Mannat clarifies that Neetu stopped it as soon as she learned the truth.
Dhairya intervenes, scolding Mannat for speaking against his mother, but Mannat challenges him to see the truth. She declares that she stands by honesty, not manipulation, and vows to protect Vikrant at all costs.
As tension builds, Vishaka’s schemes begin driving a wedge between Mannat and Dhairya. Meanwhile, Mallika updates Aishwarya about Vikrant’s condition and asks her to find out whether he has regained his lost memories. The drama intensifies when Vishaka attacks Susheela, while at the hospital, Vikrant slowly regains consciousness — leaving everyone anxious about what he might remember.
