Mishti and her friends instigate drama by discussing Jhanak and Aayush’s alleged involvement in class. Jhanak confronts them for mixing something in her juice at the party, insisting she remembers nothing inappropriate. Unmoved, the girls mock her and threaten consequences. Jhanak warns them she will escalate the matter if they continue troubling her.
Mythiri later supports Jhanak, advising her to stay cautious as the administration might attempt disciplinary action. Determined to clear her name, Jhanak narrates how the situation unfolded and admits that even Aayush may suffer because of the misunderstanding.
Elsewhere, the Principal pushes Mishti and her friends to feed information to a journalist. They show her a video of an intoxicated Jhanak and reveal details about Rishi being her married local guardian. The journalist departs with the footage, ready to run the story.
At home, Rishi is troubled by the rumors. When journalist Niharika calls for his statement, he rebukes her for spreading unverified news and orders her not to disturb the family. Meanwhile, tensions rise in the Bose household as Neelu and Tanushri accuse Jhanak of misconduct, while Putul, Dadabhai, and Sanjhbati defend her integrity. Sanjhbati is shocked when talk of Jhanak and Rishi’s marriage surfaces.
The drama escalates when the news channel airs Jhanak’s video. Rishi becomes furious seeing the clip of Jhanak and Aayush. Aditi reminds him he will face questions as her guardian, while Abhimanyu urges Dadabhai to accept the situation. Dadabhai, however, refuses to believe Jhanak could behave irresponsibly.
The Principal watches the televised report with satisfaction, while Aditi informs Arshi about the scandal. Rishi, hurt and confused, feels betrayed, believing Jhanak was with someone else on the day he confessed his feelings.
