A woman dressed as a nurse, secretly Vishaka, rushes in, declares Aishwarya dead, and quickly leaves. Mannat collapses in grief while Vikrant tries to console her. Dhairya, filled with guilt, apologizes repeatedly.
Elsewhere, Gagan stops Mallika from leaving, but she convinces him that Shruthi is in danger. After he leaves, Mallika attempts to sneak out but is locked in by Neetu. Meanwhile, Shruthi reflects on her fractured bond with Aishwarya and forgives Neetu for her past mistakes, showing immense compassion.
Back at the hospital, Dhairya questions the nurse about Aishwarya’s death. Her nervous response deepens his suspicions. When Vikrant later returns home with the unconscious Mannat and reveals Aishwarya’s death, the entire family is left shocked — unaware that the mystery behind Aishwarya’s death may be far from over.
