The episode opens with Ishana’s friends asking about her Mussoorie trip, but she seems distracted and avoids the topic. Mangal senses her unease, while Adit coordinates with Sowmya regarding medical reports. Before heading to the hospital, Adit requests Mangal to ensure Neel doesn’t feel neglected during Ishana’s party.
At the celebration, Ishana’s friends tease her for sharing her birthday with Neel. As Mangal steps away, Neel calls his own friends, who enter the house noisily with dhols. Their loud behavior annoys Ishana’s guests. When she confronts Neel, he mocks her and, in a shocking move, threatens to reveal that she isn’t Adit and Mangal’s biological daughter. Terrified, Ishana reluctantly dances to Beedi Jalaile as Neel’s friends laugh and humiliate her.
Hearing the commotion, Mangal realizes something is wrong. She breaks open her locked door and rushes to the scene, slapping Neel in fury. Overcome with shame, Ishana faints while her friends leave in disgust.
When Adit returns, Mangal recounts the horrifying incident and tells Neel to leave if he cannot change. Feeling unwanted, Neel accuses Mangal of never treating him as her own and decides to walk out. Despite Kusum’s pleas, Neel departs, leaving the entire family in shock and heartbreak.
